    • Family Law.
    • Guardian, Wards and Succession matters.
    • Transfer of Property Act.
    • Arbitration Laws.
    • Wills legacies and intestacy.
    • Insolvency and bankruptcy including the appointment of official assignee and Administrator¬† General.
    • Registration Act, Deeds and conveyances relating to transfer of property and encumbrances, including collection of stamps registration fees and cases levyable under different laws on such deeds.
    • Criminal Law procedure.
    • Law reforms and Law Commissions.
    • Reference to the Council of Islamic Ideology and implementation of its recommendations.
    • Promulgation of ordinances on all subjects.
    • Legislation on any subject not specifically assigned to any Department.
